PBQ cannot promise perfection. We try to communicate closely with our clients to ensure that the finished product is as close to what the client has envisioned.  That being said, sometimes things do not always turn out the way a client might picture it. Other times, the provided fabric isn't perfectly square or the border doesn't lay completely flat. In those cases, the artist is forced to deal with a minor ruffle within the quilt to account for the uneven fabric.

When you order a quilt from PBQ you acknowledge that situations like this may arise and things don't always turn out perfectly.

Rest assured that I will try my hardest to provide you with an end product that will bring you joy and make you smile. If it doesn't then I will work to make it right.

We understand that receiving your project in a timely manner is important to.  However, it is important for the client to realize that the artist is still in high school. Because of that, the amount of time that I can devote to my projects is determined by my course workload. I will do my best to be up front with clients about the timeline for your project.
